On Tour gives visibility to Austrian theorists as well as visual and media artists who are currently spending time abroad on art residencies funded by the Austrian federal government or provinces as well as international practitioners who are temporarily staying as artists-in-residence in Austria upon invitation by the awarding institutions listed.
