Elevated!

I miss:

The energy.

The view over the City.

The people who became my friends.

The kindness of the moment.

Studio of your dreams with a view of the skyline in the middle of New York City
The studio apartment is situated on the 20th floor of the Grand Chelsea, in a very central location in the middle of Manhattan. As a result, both the uptown and the downtown skylines are very close (right at your feet) and offer an inspiring presence of the city. At the same time, the apartment is a marvellous place to work and rest and thus, provides a nice contrast to the vibrant, buzzing metropolis of New York City.
Again and again, I was surprised, inspired and enchanted by the numerous opportunities, the many diverse people and their friendliness and openness.
New York City currently has the highest level of homelessness since the 1930s, around 65,000 people live in New York’s shelter system and several thousands in the streets (their exact number is unknown) – 90% of them are African Americans and Latinos/Latinas. The huge gap between rich and poor created in neoliberal capitalism as well as structural racism can be clearly seen and felt.”
